Copyright and License Agreement

Through their article submission, authors agree that they have read and agreed to the following terms.

In return for publishing your work by Andrew John Publishing, Inc., you hereby agree to pay the agreed fee and grant to Andrew John Publishing Inc., an absolute license to publish in print and electronic format, and further sublicense and identify itself as the original publisher.

Upon publication, your article shall be licensed using the Creative Common Attribution 4.0 License (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/).

Author’s Agreement

By submitting an article to Andrew John Publishing journals I certify that:

  • The manuscript submitted is an original work, prepared by the authors mentioned in the manuscript.
  • The submitted manuscript has not been sent to any other journal for processing.
  • The article and supplemental information do not contain any unlawful or false statements and do not contain any material that violates the rights of person(s) or are proprietary.
  • I have obtained written permission from copyright owners for any excerpts from copyrighted works that are included and have credited the sources in the Article or the Supplemental Materials.
  • If I am using any research subjects or other individuals, images of patients, or personal details, I ensure that I have obtained all consents required.
  • I and co-authors mentioned in the manuscript agree to the editorial policies of Andrew John Publishing and grant them the authority to publish the article under Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0.
  • The data presented in the manuscript is true by all means and the authors of the manuscript are solely responsible for the material presented in the article.

This agreement shall remain in effect as long as copyright protection exists on the article.
